To be a Music Teacher you need to be passionate about Music and the development of children. A Music Together^® Teacher creates fun, informal, non-performance environment that engages both children and adults and supports each child's musical development.

All teachers with Music Moves Academy have trained with the Center for Music and Young Children of Princeton , NJ and are registered to teach Music Together Curriculum. Miss Elena holds Masters Degree in Music from Russian Conservatory thus allowing her also to teach Music Moves Piano Curriculum in addition to Music Together.

		Elena Salisbury, MM., Director Miss Elena Salisbury is a Licensed Director and a Registered Music Together Teacher. A Graduate from Russian Conservatory she studied Piano and Conducting. She received her Masters Degree in Music in 1992. Miss Elena moved to the US in 1994 and became an active Piano teacher and a member of Music Teachers Association of California. She successfully completed the acclaimed Music Together teacher training through Music Together Worldwide . After attending Music Together program for 2,5 years with her son , Christopher, he began his Piano studies at age 6 and later added drums, acoustic and electric guitars to his already busy schedule. Christopher is now 22 years old and attending UCLA on full academic scholarship. An experienced pianist and teacher, Miss Elena Salisbury enjoys using her training to open the door to musical development for children in the South Orange County area. She plays piano, autoharp and guitar, holds Certification Level 1 in Orff Schulwerk music method for children ages 7-9. Miss Elena is offering BIRTHDAY PARTIES and SPECIAL EVENTS for children ages 1-4 years Miss Salisbury and her son Christopher live in Ladera Ranch CA.
