MUSICAL BIRTHDAY PARTY POLICIES. PLEASE READ AND SIGN AT THE END TO ACKNOWLEDGE
1/ Parties are 45- min and for up to 12 children. Must be scheduled at least 3 weeks in advance, If there are more than 12 children an addtional fee of $25.00 will apply
2/ All local parties are $150.00 and outside of our area are $170.00
3/ Parties will begin an end on time. If the performer has to wait an addtional fee of $1.00 per minute will apply.
4/ All parties in the Summer has to be either inside or in the well shaded area. Plenty of water has to be provided for all participants.
5/ All fees must be paid on line and in advance. If you cancel your party 2 weeks prior we will refund your payment minus $50.00 deposite fee.
If you cancel your party 1 week prior we will refund your payment minus $100.00 fee. No refunds will be given if you cancel party less than 1 week.
6/ Payment for the parties can not be applied towards Music Together® or Music Moves Piano classes
6/ I ( please put your name here)_________________________________________agree to not held Elena Salisbury, Music Moves Academy Inc, SV Music Together Inc or their independent contructors responsible for any ingures that might accure during special event or birthday party.
7/ Musical Birthday Parties are not a part of Music Together LLC but an individual offering from Music Moves Academy
